Here at Charlotte Equestrian Center we pride ourselves in having some of the best staff on the East Coast. We have a carefully chosen team of trainers, managers, and barn help that make our atmosphere fun while still being professional and safe. We treat our employees like family, and promote from within to keep the crew flowing!

Ashley Elizabeth
Owner & Trainer
Ashley started her riding career at the age of 2 when her grandmother bought her; her own horse soon since the backbone thought of being a horse professional.
Ashley strongly believes that with a strong friendship and an ambition to want to learn eagerly will lead to great success in and out of the ring.
Ashley enjoys re-training OTTB's bring many successes into the hunter ring, and teaching young students the passion and love of horses as much as Ashley does.
Ashley earned to bachelor of Business Management and Equine Management at Mount Ida College in Newton, MA where Ashley was placed as Most Valuable Rider for the Mount Ida College Equestrian Team, high point rider, point rider and captain her senior year.
Ashley has now put her degree to use and grown a successful operation out of Charlotte, VT, and if not found in the facility spending time wither her wonderful daughter Oaklynn and her soon to be husband Chase.
